1/2 Hour Follow-up Appointment - $45 / 30 minutes

Fees for Presentations vary upon Topic, Length, and Audience. Please Contact Us for more information or for an estimate.
Payment is expected at the time of service. We do not bill insurance carriers for services, however if you wish to pursue reimbursement from your carrier, you will be provided with a receipt for services, including the appropriate billing codes.
Cash and personal checks only are accepted.
Support Group Fees
Fees Include:
Professional advice & educational in-services from a Registered Dietitian who specializes in Weight Management, with or without Weight Loss Surgery, & Eating Disorders,
Invaluable support and advice from many experiencing the same difficulties you are,
Guest speakers who are experts in the areas of Exercise, Mental Health, & other Health Professionals, etc. are frequently part of these support groups!
$10* per meeting, there is no charge for bringing your support person(s).
*Confidential "recession" fees are also available for those who are unemployed and need the assistance of a professional support group. Please Contact Us for eligibility.
No registration is necessary for the Support Group Meetings.
